I specialize in servicing Icom and Kenwood HF/VHF/UHF multi-mode transceivers and receivers.

This is an internet-based business.

Email is the primary and preferred method of contact.

I do not conduct business by phone, fax, or mail.

Phone consultation is available to established customers only.

Prior authorization is required before shipping your equipment to me.

All incoming shipments are done on an appointment basis.

Payments, including credit cards, are processed exclusively on-line via PayPal.

I do not accept checks, money orders, or cash.

No third-party transactions and no dealers/resellers.

Service Area:

My service is limited to U.S. hams within the contiguous U.S.

Although western U.S. hams are encouraged to use repair shops closer to them.

Monday thru Friday

Closed weekends & holidays.
